Helping You Age Well, Your Way

For over 35 years, the Area Agency on Aging of Southwestern Illinois has provided home and community-based services for thousands of older persons through programs funded under the Older Americans Act.  Services such as home delivered meals, probably the most recognizable, or nutrition services in congregate setting, transportation, legal assistance, health screening or elder abuse investigation are examples of services provided by the Area Agency on Aging.

For many older adults and their families, aging can be full of both wonderful and challenging experiences. Our community of caring professionals works hard to reduce the frustration and stress that come with the challanges. We link individuals age 60 and older and their caregivers to vital senior services, programs and opportunities in the areas where they live.
