Announcement of Funds

The Area Agency on Aging of Southwestern Illinois announces the availability of funds for services to persons 60 and older during
FY 09 (October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009)
with possible extensions in FY10 and 11. Not-for-profit agencies are preferred. For-profit agencies must be approved by the Illinois Department on Aging, if a not-for-profit is unavailable for service provision.  Counties served by the Area Agency on Aging:  Bond, Clinton, Madison, Monroe, Randolph, St. Clair, and Washington.

  • Services for Grandparents Raising Grandchildren
       (Entire PSA)

  • Bidder's Conference - March 18, 2008 9a.m.-10a.m.
  • Letters of Intent Due - March 31, 2008 Before 4p.m.
  • Application Deadline - April 28, 2008 Before 4p.m.
  • Award Letters mailed - June 20, 2008
  • Service to begin - October 1, 2008
